✅ Return Eligibility:

• You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized skateboards

• Items used, damaged after delivery, or without original packaging

🔁 Exchange:
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, contact us within 7 days and we’ll assist you.

💸 Refund Process:

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days via bank transfer or the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
